😆 well done ! about this help for kickstart we are thinking of organizing a practical workshop, possibly at the EMBL, with only commercially available components (from Cytoskeleton?) and reliable protocols that could serve as future standards.

5/5 So here's what I keep turning over: if assembly shifts the dielectric readout, could a cell's own cytoskeleton be reshaping its local electric environment as it grows and shrinks? What would you measure to test that?

For decades, actin biochemists have built a remarkable hoard of knowledge using single molecule in vitro reconstitution: a gold standard for understanding how the cytoskeleton is built, organized, and turned over. But extracting quantitative information from those movies is a bottleneck.
